APEM wins Yorkshire Water AMP 7 Framework contract

The APEM-led team has secured a place on three different Lots, as one of three suppliers for each:

• Lot 1 – Managing Environmental Consultancy;
• Lot 2 – Aquatic Ecological Surveys;
• Lot 4 – Aquatic Environmental Assessments.

This appointment follows APEM and HIFI’s successful delivery of aquatic ecological monitoring and assessment for Yorkshire Water in AMPs 4, 5 and 6, and we look forward to continuing to build on our relationship with Yorkshire Water over the coming years.

The APEM team will work together to support Yorkshire Water in delivering its environmental components of the Water Resources Management Plan and Drought Plan. The team is already working on contracts to help meet the Water Framework Directive requirements for sustainable abstraction, heavily modified water bodies and to assess the risk of spread of Invasive Non-Native Species through water transfer schemes.
